What To Eat This Week
Kick things off this week with my sun dried tomato and sweet corn skillet lasagna! Love this meal so much.
Next up, grill a whole chicken! It’s easier than it looks. Make these zucchini ribboon skewers while it’s on the grill, then toss them on too.
Sheet pan pesto salmon with lemon herb potatoes are next! Such a delicious easy meal.
Make my strawberry crunch salad for the perfect light dinner – add some grilled chicken or shrimp if you wish! Or even crispy chickpeas!
Summer risotto stuffed peppers are the perfect dinner! Warm, comforting and so, so good.
Finish things off with this caramelized onion and burst tomato pasta! Super simple and flavorful.
For lunch I’m going with my smashed chickpea salad. And for breakfast… rainbow coconut smoothie bowls. Adore.

All these recipes sound amazing I just wish there was Nutritional information.
There are some really good apps or websites where you can enter in the ingredients and get the nutritional information for the entire recipe and servings. You should try it yourself!Â
