Start things off this week with my sheet pan kung pao cauliflower. Super easy and good.
Try my new vodka sauce meatballs with ricotta toast. Such a delish and cozy dish.
Keep things easy with breakfast for dinner! Chipotle sweet potato and quinoa breakfast skillet is amazing.
For a delish Christmas meal, I suggest making my espresso crusted tenderloin with truffle sage risotto! Throw this holiday greens salad on the side – it’s so good.
If you need something light towards the end of the week, make this kale caesar crunch salad. You can always throw on some chickpeas or rotisserie chicken.
For breakfasts, I’m going with my easy overnight oats! They are the best.
Lunch is a batch of our favorite tortellini salad. Love it so much.
