Try my new tortilla pizzas with pepperoni chickpeas!! I cannot even express how much we LOVE this.
Sheet pan nacho chicken for the win! This is great in tortillas, on salads, in wraps, etc.
Ricotta skillet pasta with broccoli is done in minutes. It’s the best.
BBQ salmon and crispy chickpea salad is next! This is so delicious with lots of texture.
Finally, try my thai-style pork chops with coconut rice. Delish.
Going with my vanilla bean blood orange chia pudding for breakfasts again before the season ends!
And for lunches – my best ever egg salad!
