What To Eat This Week

Kick things off the my skillet ricotta pasta with roasted broccoli! This is super customizable and you can add whatever else you have in the fridge.

Taco Tuesday! Black bean and veggie tostadas for the win.

Wednesday = hot ginger salmon salad. This is soooo delicious.

Next, make my zucchini, lemon and goat cheese puff pastry pizza. So super easy.

Buffalo chicken sliders are up next. Oh boy are these as good as they look.

Finally, the cheeseburger chopped salad! Always a hit.

For lunches, make a batch of smashed chickpea salad.

And breakfast is a batch of banana oatmeal muffins.
