Our Very Favorite Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins.
The only zucchini muffin recipe you need! My chocolate chip zucchini muffins are super easy, tender, spiced and delicious. The whole family loves them and they are always a favorite. Make them yours!
If your garden is stacked with zucchini, I’ve got you!
These chocolate chip zucchini muffins are ones that I’ve made for years, our family’s absolute favorite zucchini treat. They have a tender, lovely crumb and lots of melty chocolate. Plus, all the grated zucchini you can imagine.
Who doesn’t love to eat vegetables for breakfast!!
This is a great excuse to do just that. Green vegetables, coming right up.
I make muffins and then I make MUFFINS.
There are all sorts of different muffins I make for the kids, but there are only a few special ones that I make over and over again – sometimes even once a week. The ones that are requested constantly, the go-to favorites, my version of the classics.
I’ve shared two of them before – my pumpkin chocolate chip muffins and these banana oatmeal muffins. Constant repeats, which is huge!
And this here is my other one: chocolate chip zucchini muffins.
Also, if you’re a double chocolate freak, this version of zucchini muffins is for you.
My substack subscribers got a sneak peek of this recipe a few weeks ago and it’s been a major hit with you guys too.
P.S. my s’mores cookie recipe is over there as an exclusive!
These muffins are soft and delicate with a very light spice. They’re studded with mini chocolate chips which is my favorite when it comes to muffins.
Since I’m a perpetual millennial who is constantly bored and trying to find the next best version of whatever it is I’m obsessed with at the moment, I like to try different versions of muffins. I will add just about anything – fruit, nut, chocolate, jam, cheese – you name it!
And I’ve made a few different zucchini muffins over the years that I really adore. But if I had to choose? Chocolate chip will always win.
My family agrees too. Chocolate’s in the blood.
Just one peek at these will show you how incredible they are. They are made with greek yogurt and are so incredibly moist and tender. Plus, the melty chocolate chips! What a dream.
Can’t say no to these ever!
