What To Eat This Week: 9/20/20.
It’s the most wonderful meal planning time of the year!
New season of flavors, nostalgic comfort food – it’s all here!
This week, kick things off with the september salad! It’s a perfect mix of summer-to-fall produce and so flavorful and filling too.
Next, pretzel crusted chicken with parmesan roasted broccoli. This is a huge fan favorite in our house and one we made often! I suggest making a double batch of broccoli so you have it for tomorrow’s meal too.
Maple BBQ salmon is next, with brown butter couscous. Throw in some of last night’s roasted broccoli and you’re good to go!
This silky ginger sweet potato soup is another favorite and it’s super easy. Serve with a house salad to bulk up the meal a bit.
My new maple sheet pan smoked sausage meal is going to become a weekly favorite. Try it out and ENJOY!
Finally, peanut noodles with roasted broccoli – and throw in any leftovers you might have from the week. It’s a quick and easy meal.
For breakfast, I want to make a batch of pumpkin protein pancakes! And for lunches… marinated white beans on toast.
What’s on your menu this week?!

These days it has become hard to decide what new to cook. Thanks for sharing the ideas and the recipes.
Dearest you. Cute weekly post giving us a go for the new week! Photos are good too and your cheeky-rosy little lifesaver for home-editing is just a peach! Do you know why her cheeks get go red? One quick question: Why on earth don’t you make your Lattes yourself? You buy their coffee, you put the schmuzz you want inside and voilà ! That’s what I do and beleive me, it’s got many advantages: cheaper and time saver! You, above all people, you, the “Jess-of-all-trades” (take it as a compliment- I love my twist on that one) can do anything and surely lattes!! Thanks for your inspirational posts.
Hello again! Here is my two-cent: Made your fantastic chicken fingers as is and then repeated it recently with this twist: I used Snyder’s of Hanover cheddar cheese pretzels bites I had. Man! I could not beleive the taste! They have different flavors, one with honey and mustard, I might try it soon… Thanks!
