What To Eat This Week
Kick things off with the asparagus croque madame! Perfect for the season – a little spring and a little comfort food.
Next, go with my lime chicken sheet pan fajitas! SO easy and you can prep a lot of it ahead of time too.
For Saint Patrick’s Day, make this irish ale potato cheddar soup! Lovely little comforting dish.
Broccoli cheddar risotto is up next! This is one of our new favorite dishes and just so delicious. Everyone loves it.
My pretzel crusted chicken salad is perfect for the end of the week. Crunchy chicken, cheddar, a wonderful dressing. Yum.
Finish off the week with sheet pan breakfast! Sweet potato hash, eggs, bacon. It’s wonderful.
For lunches, I’m doing these green goddess tuna melt tartines! And breakfast – a big batch of my cashew granola.
