Happy weekend!
This week on the blog, I went out of my comfort zone and made the most amazing grilled whole branzino. Have you tried it yet?! It’s SO good. I also grilled my guacamole, made frozen peanut butter and jelly bars, trashed up some crispy chicken with pimento cheese and gave you tons of recipe ideas for the Kentucky Derby this weekend! We finished off the week with this tres leches confetti cake which is just too fun.
What are you plans? Drinking all the mint juleps and eating all the tacos like me?! I also want to grab some flowers, maybe some herbs and start working planting. Love this time of year.
P.S. don’t forget about my April beauty favorites if you’re shopping the sephora sale this weekend!
Hope you have a great one! xo
What I’m loving this week:
I’m obsessed with these smoky carrot mezcal margaritas!
Key lime pie babka. What the what!
This seared salmon with chipotle salsa sounds amazing.
Jalapeno corn coleslaw? I’m dying over this.
Whoa, majorly craving this bean dip.
Cinnamon french toast. OMG look at that.
Cutest lemon and thyme shortbread cookies.
I will always and forever love linguini and clams.
Crispy baked chicken drumsticks. Yesss.
Loving these red bean and rice burgers!
Summer ranch panzanella salad. It’s time.
These pesto roasted veg burritos look so good.
Super easy homemade salsa. It’s so vibrant.
Really want to try this rhubarb mint margarita.

Wow! So many great things to make! I’m loving the Key lime pie babka, jalapeño corn coleslaw, the bean dip, red bean and rice burgers, and the pesto roasted veg burritos! Thanks for crushing it this week!
Thank you so much for sharing. It means a lot to me with all we have going on.
As far as plans, I am cleaning my house from head to toe as my parents arrive in a few days. So I’ll save my drinking for when they get here :)
thank you for all of these and yes, grilled guacamole, among other things is a flavor inspiration
