I’m going to make the heart pizza for my hubby and kiddos! So cute! One question though. I do NOT have a pizza stone and whenever I make homemade pizza (no matter what kind of crust I use), the crust always comes out soggy and under cooked on the bottom. Any suggestions? I usually use a cookie sheet to bake the pizza on. Should I cook it another way? Maybe pre-bake the crust? HEEEELP!
love that!! so i def have 2 suggestions – try to bake the crust halfway – but also, you could try the whole pizza at a higher heat at least 450. what temp are you baking at?
also maybe less heavy toppings in the center if that makes sense.
