What To Eat This Week: 6/7/20.
Ooooh everything on the menu this week is so good!
This might be my favorite week of meals yet.
Let’s kick things off with a meatless meals: these baja grain bowls! You can always add chicken or beans if you’d like.
This grilled chicken strawberry salad is up next! This is so refreshing and satisfying. I suggest grilling some extra chicken with this so you can use it for tomorrow’ recipe.
For Wednesday, use that extra chicken and make these chicken salad stuffed avocados. They are another summery filling meal. I love to serve these with kale chips, or even real chips! They are also great over top of a butter greens salad.
Adobo shrimp fajitas coming in hot. Serve these in tortillas or even eat them over rice. So much flavor here.
Start off the weekend with this lemon flatbread with hot honey. You can even do these on the grill. Serve with a house salad too!
Apricot chicken and broccoli is a great quick weekend meal. Leftovers of this are wonderful!
