I made the roasted strawberry cheese cake and it is off the charts yummy. I made it in an 8″ springform pan and used crushed Oreos for the crust. I gave it to my neighbors as a thank you for a kindness they extended to me. They told me it is one of the best tihngs I have made for them. I share just about all my baked goods with them.
