What To Eat This Week

Kick things off this week with sheet pan gnocchi and vegetables! If you want, you can add in sausage or another protein. We love this just as is.

Next, try some chicken parmesan soup. Oooooh this is so comforting and hearty. The kids absolutely love it. The cheesy croutons are amazing.

For Wednesday, go with this brussels fontina puff pastry tart. This is like cheaters pizza and we absolutely adore it!

Next, we’re going to make maple BBQ salmon with brown butter couscous. A light but hearty and satisfying meal.

Sheet pan shrimp fajitas are up next. Adore these – so much flavor and they come together fast for fajitas. Throw them in a tortilla or even on a salad.

For the week, try these smoky sloppy joes! I don’t even want to tell you how often I make these. I use all ground turkey or a mix of both as called for in the recipe. We eat these at least once a month! Leftovers are incredible.

For breakfast, I’m going with lemon curd chia pudding! …. And for lunches – I want to do some make-ahead baja grain bowls!
