What To Eat This Week!

Kick the week of with this blackened shrimp caesar salad! It’s a huge favorite in our house and so delicious.

For taco Tuesday, make these sweet potato taco bowls! They are so customizable and you can use whatever you love!

Next up, kalua pork sliders with mango blueberry salsa. You can prep this ahead of time and freeze and extra leftovers.

This burst tomato, goat cheese and prosciutto quiche is a great breakfast-for-dinner option. And it’s really delish eaten hot OR cold.

Chicken meatball pitas are coming in next! I can’t even handle how good these are.

Finally, finish things off with this one pot salsa chicken quinoa. It’s another make ahead meal and one that is really great for lunch the next day.

For lunches, I’m going with green goddess tuna melt tartines! And breakfasts – my favorite go-to overnight oats.
