Next, skirt steak with corn relish and avocado pesto. OMG. This is the epitome of summer! Throw some veggies on the grill and you’re good to go.

Shrimp salad rolls are next, because it’s summertime! Serve with chips and icy pinot grigio.

The best summer squash pasta is next. It’s so super easy and delicious. Leftovers are great too!

Our favorite cheeseburger chopped salads are on the menu too. Everyone goes crazy over these!

Grilled buffalo chicken sandwiches to finish off the week. Who can pass these up?

For lunches, I’m doing my amazing summer chickpea salad again, because it’s so super versatile. And breakfast is my favorite overnight oats!
