Kick things off this week with my smoky pumpkin bisque with grilled cheese croutons! It’s SO comforting and cozy.
Next, my crunchy taco kale salad for taco tuesday! Add whatever you love/have in the fridge.
Butternut squash carbonara for the win! This is one heck of a satisfying meal.
Try my new sticky pomegranate salmon. We love this meal so so much.
Mediterranean quinoa salad is next. This is another customizable dish where you can clean out the fridge.

For lunches, I’m going with my chipotle avocado chicken salad. Lots of crunchy things for dipping.
