Easy dinner is actually made in the crock pot. Frozen chicken breasts, 1 can each of cream of chicken soup and cheddar cheese soup. Boil some wide egg noodles when you get home from work and you have a great meal! You can add veggies an hour before serving.
Ohhh I’ve been dying to have one of these! My easy weeknight meal is zoodles all different ways! I’ve become so creative with them and love them! haha
If I don’t know what to do for dinner, I usually end up making eggs. Never get tired of breakfast for dinner.
I like to brown up some ground turkey with taco seasoning and serve it up with rice and steamed broccoli.
When it’s cold outside, grilled cheese and tomato soup! Hits the spot every time. :)
I make shredded chicken in crockpot and use it for tacos, sandwiches or rice bowls

Taco soup is my favorite go to! Throw everything in the crockpot in the morning and come home to glorious smells and a hearty and healthy dinner.
My go to is chicken fingers!
My favorite is salmon and asparagus baked on a sheet pan. I use maple bacon salt on the salmon and garlic salt and lemon juice on the asparagus and usually make a side salad.
Honey mustard chicken in a crockpot is my easiest weeknight dinner. I start with frozen chicken breasts, salt, pepper, garlic and onion. In a large container I combine chicken stock, honey and mustard and gently pour over the chicken and spices. I cook this on high for about 4 hours. Always check the meat with a thermometer before serving!
Any kind of tacos, the family loves them!

Butter up some rolls & broil, then to with your fav cheese & brill till it’s bubbly gooey goodness!
Shred the meat & put back in the broth until ready to serve. Drain a little so the buns don’t get soggy & serve the jus on the side for dipping. My hubby’s fav!

I love to toss chopped cauliflower with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and then roast it in the oven at 425 F for about twenty-five to thirty minutes. Served with a tahini sauce (tahini, pressed garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, water, and an optional add-in of lebneh), it’s more than filling as a main dish.
My favorite weeknight meal is stir fry. So easy and healthy!
