Soup is always a great quick go-to. Lately I’ve been loving Gimme Some Oven’s Italian Orzo Soup and love your recipe for Healthy Harvest Soup or Spicy Greens Soup (is that what it’s called?).

This seems like a crappy favorite easy dinner but I love making fried rice with whatever leftover Oda and ends I have in the fridge. I hate wasting food so it’s a great way to use up leftovers!
My favorite easy dinner recipe is pasta with mushrooms, in any form. That combination can do no wrong.
Haha my favorite easy dinner recipe is actually your pizza with the jalepeno, cherry, and banana peppers! I have a tried and true crust recipe and I always make enough for two nights, that way I can take the crust out of the freezer in the morning, throw it all together in the evening. It’s always a hit.
Chicken breasts, a rice pilaf mix, cream of chicken soup in a baking dish for about 45 minutes.
Burrito bowls I almost always have cooked white rice in the fridge, so it’s just a matter of opening a can of black beans and heating them up on the stove with some spices, and maybe chopping up some toppings (tomatoes, onions, lettice. avocado, cilantro….) Super quick, easy, delicious and healthy! (If you omit the cheese and sour cream….)
Tacos are my fave for a quick easy dinner! My sister just moved into her first apartment and has talked about wanting a copper mixer so would love to win this for her 😬

Let’s see…my favorite dinner recipe changes with my mood and the seasons. Right now, I’m all about enchiladas stuffed with calabacitas, plus red bell pepper, pinto beans, and pepper jack cheese, topped with red enchilada sauce and a spicy salsa. Can’t seem to get enough of them!

My favorite easy dinner recipe is sauteed shrimp with butter, paprika, onion, powder, and lemon juice served over parmesan polenta with sauteed dill green beans. Sounds fancy but comes together in about 20 minutes! Perfect for busy weeknights. :-)

Oh wow! I would give this to my mom who just got her kitchen redone and has given each of her kids a KitchenAid mixer, yet doesn’t have one herself! My favorite easy dinner recipe is pulled chicken tacos from crockpot!

My favorite easy dinner recipe is sauteed gnocchi with a can of white beans, can of diced tomatoes, bag of baby spinach, and some mozzarella melted on top at the end. If I’m feeling crazy I add in some sliced chicken sausage. And the leftovers taste even better!!
This time of year, an easy crockpot chili is my go to!
Favorite easy dinner? Stir fry, for sure. Whatever veggies and meat are in the fridge and whatever spice combo I’m feeling that day. Super fast, super easy, endless combinations — I love it!
Baked potato bar!! Heat up some frozen leftover chili or a can of Amy’s, prep some toppings and dig in!!!

Nothing beats a grilled cheese stuffed with every kind of cheese in the fridge! I just discovered raclette at a market and I’m obsessed with how perfectly it melts.
