14 Recipes I’m Excited to Make this Spring!
I am embarrassingly excited that spring is here. So I bring you spring recipes!
Since I have thousands of recipes on this blog, lots of which we all forget about thanks to internet turnover, I figured I’d share the few things I’m reeeeeally excited to make early in this season. Artichokes. Lemon. Asparagus.
All of the above!
I may already have three bunches of asparagus in my fridge and some lavender just hanging out for coffee syrup.
There are a few easy dinners on this list along with some treats (hello carrot cake bread with nutella, anyone?!) and I can’t recommend the granola enough. So many of these recipes are staples in our house. The queso frittata? The banana spice muffins? Love them oh so much.
I’m always looking for new weeknight dinner ideas, especially ones that we can throw together quickly when we walk in the door.
Would love to hear your favorite easy spring dinners below!

So is this springtime cobb salad. It’s loaded.
Have you ever made a frittata with queso? It’s time!
Been waiting months to eat this one: roasted sesame asparagus toast with poached eggs. YES.
Homemade ricotta gnocchi with asparagus pesto is a little high maintenance but totally worth it.
How amazing is this artichoke, burrata & pesto pizza?!
I have a super delicious one pot pasta coming soon, but in the meantime, this mushroom and swiss chard version is incredible.
Caramelized leek soup with maple glaze bacon.
This carrot cake bread with nutella swirl icing is to die for.
And we love these whole wheat banana spice muffins with brown butter glaze!
Lemon almond pudding cake? Always.
Finish the day with lavender sangria. It’s the best.

I’ve been making your granola for at least a year, looooove it!! I add puffed rice and coconut chips, if I have them at home. It goes so quickly I usually make a double batch and then freeze one bag.
The. Best. Ever!
love that!!! so glad you like it tina! :)
I’m soooo here for these recipes (except for the latte and sangria…. I don’t do coffee or alcohol – never have, haha). Here’s to SPRING deliciousness!
thanks liz!! xo
Love this! You should do a round-up for every season, just like you said, sometimes it’s hard to remember oldies but goodies…and you got a lot of goodies!

thank you shannon!
Where do you buy your vanilla beans? Been wanting to make that lavender vanilla latte for a while but somehow keep overlooking it!
so i’ve always been able to get mine at my local grocery store or even on amazon. they are so pricey now though! you can always use vanilla bean paste (i can usually find at williams sonoma or amazon) or even use vanilla extract once the syrup has cooled!
OMG Jessica! I want to make them all!! What a super idea! And your video on the right, with the oat cake!! Good job girl! Have a great Spring!
What was the gnocchi dish at the top of the page, that also looked amazing!
I asked the same thing! LOL
hi guys! it is – it’s just another shot of the ricotta gnocchi with asparagus pesto! :)
Pingback: I think posts about are great – Definitely Maybe Yes
Loving the YouTube video updates that we have been receiving!
What’s the first dish, with the pasta? It’s featured, but not mentioned or linked. It looks delicious!
it is! it’s another shot of the ricotta gnocchi, which is linked a few photos down. :)
omg, I had forgotten about your swiss chard and mushroom pasta. It was amazing. I only made it once because my husband hates mushrooms, lol, but, boy, do I remember that night! :-) DELICIOUS. Also, I’m a huge lover of your lemon almond pudding cake. It was so simple to make and so scrumptious.
Please do more of these roundups!! I can’t trll you how much I love it! Although I wish I could, I can’t go through every old recipe on your blog- and even if I did, I wouldn’t remember all the standouts necessarily. But most of all, it’s great to have your take on what are top top favorites and what are in your rotation.
My mouth is watering from that lemon pudding cake.
