What To Eat This Week

We’re kicking things off this week with a batch of my lentil bolognese! Make this at the start of the week and you can enjoy it for any leftovers or lunches as needed.

I love this spicy honey chicken with thai zoodles. The flavor is SO spot on and it’s super satisfying too.

Next up, cheeseburger chopped salad. Who can say no to this? It’s one of our most favorite meals in this house.

My one pot shrimp orzo comes in next and it’s so unbelievably easy and flavorful.

Make a batch of my slow roasted tomato farro salad for an easy Friday dinner. Again, any leftovers of this are wonderful and so easy. Great hot or cold too!

Finally, this pork milanese with lemon arugula is so simple and delicious. A classic that everyone loves.

For lunches, I’m going with a batch of our favorite tortellini salad! And breakfasts? Bursting blueberry muffins. Yum.
