I’m so excited for what this month brings to our meals! Lots of warm weather spring flavors here.
What To Eat This Week
This fuji apple chicken salad can kick things off on Monday. I love the dressing and the apple chips.
Help me celebrate Everyday Dinners on Tuesday with this burrata baked ziti! We can virtually eat it together!
On Wednesday, make these chili lime chicken tacos with gilled pineapple salsa! They are absolutely delicious.
Sheet pan sausage and peppers to the rescue! This is one of my easiest, go-to meals that we love so much.
Next, try my garlic brown sugar flank steak with chimichurri! We love this with some classic rice on the side. Maybe parmesan broccoli too!
Blackened salmon with grilled naan for the weekend! We’re in official grilling season and I could not be more excited.
For lunches, I’m going with this egg salad that I love oh-so much. And some layered smoothies for breakfast!

Yay! Happy new book week!
Last night I made Zuppa Toscana (yum, even toddler approved!) and we had it with buttered baguette slices.Â
I have some shredded chicken & gravy in the fridge, so we may have that with corn and potatoes tonight. I have a Chef’s Plate box coming today (Canadian meal sub service) and our menu is: middle Eastern chicken, Baja-style fish & rice, and BBQ turkey pizza!Â
Depending on when my copy of Everyday Dinners comes, I might dive into a recipe this weekend. 🥰
