What To Eat This Week

Kick things off this week with my weeknight burst tomato burrata pasta! This is so flavorful and delicious – perfect for summer.

Next, go with my summer garden quinoa with flank steak. LOVE this meal, it is so satisfying and full of fresh flavors.

Grilled chicken caesar sandwiches are up next! You can serve these with chips or even do grilled asparagus on the side.

Make some extra quinoa on tuesday so you can have these bruschetta quinoa zucchini boats. This are an amazing meatless meal that we adore.

Sheet pan shrimp nachos are up next! You can’t beat these for a summer meal with a chilled glass of white wine or a margarita.

Finally, make my pretzel crusted chicken salad with honey mustard vinaigrette. DELISH.

For breakfasts, make a big batch of salted maple granola to have with cold milk. It’s SO good. And lunches – easy peasy with my make-ahead egg salad.
