Summer Fridays, Vol 13.
It’s our last summer fridays post of 2021! This summer absolutely flew by, I’m blown away. Thanks for sharing in the summer weekend fun with me!
EATING
Some crispy buffalo cauliflower with smoked blue and avocado. The combo is one of my favorites.
DRINKING
I’m moving right into my fall cocktails, especially my red apple cider sangria. I have SO many good ones. Also love this apple cider prosecco spritz and my September sangria! P.S. you can also make this pumpkin coconut cream cold brew.
BAKING
A batch of almond butter baked oatmeal with sticky figs! This breakfast is fantastic. It’s basically dessert.
MAKING
My nutty honeycrisp harvest salad!
GRILLING
Getting very excited for my grilled autumn veggies and white bean dip.
CRAVING
My favorite September salad too. It’s such a good one.
LISTENING
To the tailgating playlist we made a few years ago!
READING
I cannot WAIT to get my hands on a copy of Beautiful World, Where Are You! Comes out on the 7th! What are you reading right now? Also – I’m giving away some copies of Everyday Dinners along with a few of my favorite novels over on instagram!
SHOPPING
I really want to try a pair of these WSLY sweats. All my mom brain can think of it how perfect they would be for early school drop off every day!
LOVING
The food52 silicone spoons. Pretty much perfect for every dish you make in the kitchen.
SHARING
All the back to school meals that you need! Even if you have nothing to do with going back to school, there is SO much incredible weeknight dinner inspiration in this post.
BEGINNING
A whole new routine next week! School starts for us on Monday and I am full of all the emotions. I wrote about it a bit in my weekly post. Emilia is going to preschool and I just can’t believe it. These are the years that I am so excited to be a mom and do all this fun school stuff.
