What To Eat This Week

Kick things off with this 15 minute lemon cauliflower gnocchi. It is SO easy. I like to pair with my favorite broccoli on the side.

Sheet pan chicken fajitas for Taco Tuesday! No complaining here.

Next, try my pork schnitzel! This recipe has gone crazy, you guys are loving it. The brussels slaw is amazing too.

Lentil bolognese for the win. I successfully “tricked” Eddie – he actually thought this was meat.

20 minute ramen sesame noodles with a fried egg. Love a quick and easy meal.

And finish things off with baked cheeseburger tacos. The absolute best.

For breakfasts, I’m going with my almond butter baked oatmeal (minus the figs).

And lunch = this cauliflower farro salad which is so satisfying and flavorful!
