Wow I’ve never been the first comment before! A benefit of being however many hours ahead in Paris and procrastinating…Mainly I want to wish you a very happy new year and to thank you for everything you have done to make my 2011 happier, tastier, funnier, and just plain entertaining and inspiring.

I’d like to thank you not only for the daily recipes, that get me through my unemployed days, but also the makeup that has slowly started building it’s way into my collection (I’m sure my husband thanks you too). I’ve truly enjoyed reading every post and trying almost every recipe. Thank you! Cheers to a Happy New Year!

Have a happy new year!! Tonight I will be making bruschetta and chocolate covered potato chips & staying home. I’m kind of ready to leave 2011 & to hit the ground running with 2012. There’s so many positive things to look forward to next year, I just can’t wait! Hope it’s a good one for you too. I look forward to more of your awesome Tuesday posts and all of your recipes I’ll have to either find healthier versions of or just drool over because I’ll be back on Weight Watchers in 2 more days.

2011 has been a wonderful year of recipes because of finding your blog! I look forward to 2012! Maybe you could include some fun ways to eat lettuce…I know that is taking you outside your comfort zone, but I just searched “salad” on your blog to find something for our New Year’s Dinner party, and guess what? Chickpeas. The end. Then I decided to search “lettuce.” Go ahead and do it to find the result. :-) Then I giggled because your voice in my mind said, “If you want something healthy, try another blog. Hellloooo?!” So here’s to another year of brown butter, bacon, and…well, what else is there, except maybe a cocktail thrown in with marshmallow vodka! Happy New Year!

        • Jessica — December 31st, 2011 @ 2:09 pm

I know! I have no idea why my search box really won’t work. I gotta figure it out soon – so sorry!
