Have a happy new year!! Tonight I will be making bruschetta and chocolate covered potato chips & staying home. I’m kind of ready to leave 2011 & to hit the ground running with 2012. There’s so many positive things to look forward to next year, I just can’t wait! Hope it’s a good one for you too. I look forward to more of your awesome Tuesday posts and all of your recipes I’ll have to either find healthier versions of or just drool over because I’ll be back on Weight Watchers in 2 more days.

2011 has been a wonderful year of recipes because of finding your blog! I look forward to 2012! Maybe you could include some fun ways to eat lettuce…I know that is taking you outside your comfort zone, but I just searched “salad” on your blog to find something for our New Year’s Dinner party, and guess what? Chickpeas. The end. Then I decided to search “lettuce.” Go ahead and do it to find the result. :-) Then I giggled because your voice in my mind said, “If you want something healthy, try another blog. Hellloooo?!” So here’s to another year of brown butter, bacon, and…well, what else is there, except maybe a cocktail thrown in with marshmallow vodka! Happy New Year!
