Let’s kick the week off with this incredible summer tomato pie! It’s absolutely delicious. You can make the crust this weekend to prepare too. It’s a bit rich, so I suggest serving it with a house salad or your favorite greens.
Garlic butter scallops with fresh watermelon salsa for Wednesday. The best summery meal there is and it comes together super fast.
I love these buffalo cauliflower lettuce cups. They are spicy but refreshing and really pack a punch.
For the weekend, throw together these open faced steak sandwiches with avocado horseradish. Serve with chips on the side!
