Can’t believe that Easter weekend is here already!
This week on the blog, I shared this amazing grilled asparagus caesar salad. IT IS SO GOOD! I also gave you another sneak peek into the new book, with my crispy smashed chili sweet potatoes! There’s a perfect spring meal up: prosciutto wrapped asparagus stuffed chicken with scallion smashed potatoes and these sun dried tomato herb scones with caramelized sugar. All so delish.
