Kick things off with this incredible burrata basil peach panzanella salad! I find that it’s enough for dinner (it’s so satisfying!) but you can always grilled some chicken on the side, or even throw in some rotisserie chicken!
Next up: guacamole turkey burgers! Because is there every enough guac?
If you have some leftover guac, these black bean garden tostadas are an amazing dinner. We love them.
Sausage kale skillet gnocchi is up next! Another super fast meal that comes together easily.
