I love posts like this! It’s so helpful to have a few go-to meals when life gets crazy (which is often :). My default easy meal is some kind of rice bowl topped with whatever meat and veggies we have.
nice ideas. Perfect for lazy days or when you have last minutes guests for dinner, receipes simple but delicious, best deal always
I am so excited to try out the homemade spaghettio’s recipe! My oldest daughter always wanted to like those growing up, so occasionally I would buy her a can and she never did like them (yuck!). For Mother’s Day I have asked to spend the day baking with my two daughters. I will surprise my oldest daughter and add the homemade spaghettio’s to our menu. Thank you!
My entire next week meal plan is coming from this list. I just decided;) THANK YOU! I always love recap posts!
Looks yummy I had to snip that pick of the stuffed peppers to make my brother
hungry : )
With 27 options, I’d probably still stand in front of the fridge for ten minutes deciding, but at least I wouldn’t order takeout. The list feels realistic for busy weeks, not like blog-perfect cooking. Do you choose these based on what’s already in your pantry, or do you plan around a few staple ingredients?

It’s funny how “easy” still can mean a lot of dishes. For me, the real weeknight win is when a meal uses one pan and ingredients I already have. Which of these would you say needs the least cleanup?

After a long day, “easy” to me means not having to make a special trip to the store, so I liked seeing recipes that work with basics. With 27 options, though, it’s a little overwhelming—how do you decide which ones are actually worth the effort on a busy Tuesday?
