Very impressive assortment of dishes, BUT doesn’t anyone remember (or make) any of their grandmother’s (or mother’s) old recipes, like Oyster Stuffing, Chestnut Stuffing, Giblet Stuffing, Giblet Gravy, or Mincemeat Pie? Â I’m a young & modern cook, but I love the ‘old classy recipes”. Â Seriously good stuff. Â
